MEET TAYLOR ROUSE
Hi, I’m Taylor, the founder and baker behind Tailored Pastries. I started this micro-bakery in Salt Lake City during the early stages of my recovery journey, when I began reconnecting with food, creativity, and the joy of serving specialty pastries to my loved ones.
Tailored Pastries was built on the belief that everyone deserves to enjoy beautiful baked goods, regardless of dietary restrictions, sensitivities, or personal preferences. The name Tailored reflects exactly that. Every recipe can be thoughtfully adapted around what you can eat, what you can’t, and what makes you feel your best.
Everything I create is baked in small batches using quality ingredients and intentional flavor combinations. Whether it’s a custom pastry box for your family, a gluten-free treat, or a flavor crafted just for you, my goal is to make pastries that feel personal, welcoming, and meant to be shared.
